Ratings and reviews

Started out fine, appealing because they offer the convenience of being able to exchange crypto & swap for cash into a checking account quick/easy. Great. But you can only chat with customer service through the app. Why don't you have a number in the app? Turns out it's easier for them to dodge angry customers when you can't acess their financial services that have been down for days-services that people depend on for their livelihood. Customers suck it up & deal with it, but easier for them.

I had a very bad issue, locked out of my account and was told it would be days until it was fixed. I sent every possible contact on Google search a msg and finally within a couple of hours it was resolved and I was granted access snd took my money out. Very grateful for the chat agent that helped me through that. I haven't used the app since but I liked pretty much everything about it. There are some minor performance issues that can be fixed with updates and w/time. Just weary now.

The features of this Fintech are amazing. This is what we need more of, integration between banks and crypto. The app just seems a little cluttered with "ads" for their own features. If you want an extremely convienient on/off ramp for crypto, this is pretty ideal. I use it as my primary spending source and have never had an issue. Support is super responsive on Discord.

What's new

Our integration with our new banking partner, Jiko, is now complete! If you have early access, you can apply for the Juno Treasury Account, powered by Jiko, and resume using Juno to buy and sell crypto.
Your current Cash Account, provided by Synapse Brokerage LLC and Evolve Bank & Trust, will still be visible on the app. We're actively working with the trustee to expedite access to it.
Note that setting up the new account is not mandatory to access your existing Cash Account funds.
