I have a problem,cannot access my account, it keeps loading and I am concern of my life savings been added into this account, app is just loading and I cannot tell you how frustrated I am ,cannot access the market and I have contacted CBD regarding this issue and still no resolve, my time is precious in the market and require a prompt response to this issue, why is there no focus been giving to this app since a lot of investors invest money not to loose money, the service is poor, req feedback

The App was working fine until yesterday (19/8/22) then suddenly it crashed and just error message displays in the screen. Uninstalled and installed again few times, still the issue persist. Mailed to the contact id but there is no response from them..!! And the most pathetic part is there is no call center to convey the issue. Since it is a stock trading related app wont recommend to anybody. And will try to close the account on whenever the app get fixes and moves to some another platform..
