Really annoying app which doesnt work. Even after unistalling & reinstalling the app it still doesnt work and keeps asking to proceed with biometric wherein it doesnt scan. Also i believe you shouldnt be forcing people to proceed with biometric and should let us proceed with pin or password as it should be customers choice.

Since the update of the app, there is issue when itcomes to generating one time code. There is so much transaction i cannot proceed because of this problem. Previously OTP can be received thru SMS, now you have to generate at the app but it's not working. i have been raising this concern to your bank but untill now np response.

very very bad service I'm trying to cancel my payment plan from last 7 days when I'm trying to cancel from app it's giving error and when i apply from helpline they submit my request after wasting my time and balance 2 times and next day i receive message that your request is not processed. nobody giving me the solution
