i can't believe they allow CBD to state that they are no 1 bank in UAE, this is a customer misleading statement. the APP is the worst ever designed. it's slow, crashes and freezes frequently with nonsense logic. wish you luck to get any help from support center, by the way, their 600 number is a paid service with calls take at least 15min not to reaolve your issue. this card will stay in the drawer with not a single penny spent on it. message to CBD IT team, pls contact me if u need help

Since the recent application update, my one-time code (OTP) is no longer working. I have tried multiple times, but the code is not being received or processed, which prevents me from completing any online transactions. I have also attempted to contact customer service, but I have not received any response so far. This issue has been ongoing and is significantly affecting my ability to make payments and purchases online. Kindly look into this matter urgently and provide a resolution.

application not opening its been 6 months until now the application is not working with Samsung s25 ultra. but working with oppo reno . what a strange developer team. I think CBD do not have money to test on high end devices.
