UPDATE: Keeps on demanding you allow notifications every time you log in. Demands the use of biometrics and keeps popping up unless adverts every time you log in. I mostly log in mid-transaction so do not want to be bombarded with annoying unrelated adverts for services dont want.

i can't believe they allow CBD to state that they are no 1 bank in UAE, this is a customer misleading statement. the APP is the worst ever designed. it's slow, crashes and freezes frequently with nonsense logic. wish you luck to get any help from support center, by the way, their 600 number is a paid service with calls take at least 15min not to reaolve your issue. this card will stay in the drawer with not a single penny spent on it. message to CBD IT team, pls contact me if u need help

Very bad application. I haven't been able to access my account for almost 10 days. Every day, they tell me they're trying to fix the issue, but it's all because of the face recognition process. What's frustrating is that I have another account with ADCB, and the face recognition worked perfectly on the first attempt. This experience has been very disappointing.
