Ratings and reviews

Lots of app hangs and crashes. Using Investment functionality has been a nightmare lately. Instead of fancy dashboards and analytics tools they should focus on the app health and the very basics first. There is not even a transaction logs screen. You have to wait for end of the month to check your dividend payments and transactions. Horrible experience. Technically and from product perspective.

useless apps, i tried many times to scan or upload my passport to update my details, but its always showing failed. I also went to their branch last month to help me update my details but it is still not resolved., Now my card is on hold due to this issue & I can't use my money in my account!!!!

UPDATE: Keeps on demanding you allow notifications every time you log in. Demands the use of biometrics and keeps popping up unless adverts every time you log in. I mostly log in mid-transaction so do not want to be bombarded with annoying unrelated adverts for services dont want.
