Dboa is an application aimed at panic syndrome and anxiety attacks

It is based on coping cards, which are visual tools that help the person suffering from panic syndrome to deal with the symptoms during a panic attack. They consist of small cards, usually physical and the size of a credit card, on which reassuring phrases, relaxation strategies or positive thoughts are written.

When a person is experiencing a panic attack, he or she can take out these cards and read the information contained on them. These messages aim to guide, reassure and encourage the person to cope with the symptoms of the attack more effectively.

Our proposal is to bring an application where you can create your own cards (we always recommend help from a psychologist in this part) in a friendly and simple interface. Thus, making the card strategy much more effective and personalized.
One of the app's main features is to guide users during a crisis. In this feature, a set of cards is displayed, presenting different strategies and techniques to face the crisis. Users can swipe through the cards to guide you through the crisis.

Coping cards are the highlight of the app. They contain audio narration, techniques for dispersing anxiety, such as the 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 technique, and breathing techniques. These cards provide a series of resources and strategies to help users calm their anxiety and deal with the crisis more effectively.

One of the application's exclusive features is the possibility of customizing coping cards. Users can add phrases of their choice to the cards, making them even more meaningful and relevant to them. This personalization allows users to feel more connected to the proposed strategies and to be able to use features that are especially meaningful to them.
