AVOID Aqua!!!! You won't regret it! 1. The app is horrible. The app requires a phone number to login to the app. If you cannot get texts, you're screwed! Going abroad? fraud abroad? You're SCREWED!!! You cannot change your number without calling between 9 to 5! What a joke!!!! Same deal with website. If you have a fraud transaction then hahahaha! Have fun with that! I had a fraud transaction for over 200 pounds which happened while ive been abroad; since march now!.

The app used to be great, but now the app has gotten worse. it used to work great, worked seamlessly with my banking app, and now it's always ways wants me to sign in to my bank through its own app, it also logs you out randomly, that worries me from a security stand point, if they get hacked , hey won't just have my credit card details. They would also have my banking info, my passwords, and the lot.

The app used to be straightforward to log in and make payments on card. Since the recent updates I can no longer log in, once the OTP code has been entered it just says there's been an error and to try again. I appreciate due to the new laws regarding fraud on people's accounts, banks etc are being more secure, but things need to be working properly so people don't miss their payments.
