Great app, I love that someone's always available 24/7 if you need help with anything. This App does it all, reshops to get you the best possible price, easy to navigate with step-by-step instructions and tips, you can change your coverage or carrier, pay for your bill through it and too many other kewl things to list and it's all from the comfort of your home. No more dealing with frustrating agents who can't be flexible with how you want your own coverage to be!!!

Didn't like the fact that they "force" you to install the app to see ur quotes instead of checking them online. Also, the driving collection and rating is all BS. Anytime I go on highway or travel more than 20miles automatically I get 1-2 stars. All my non highway trips are 4-5 star trips. Clearly they forgot that on highway you drive along with traffic and not drive "slowly" like this app is expecting. Non common sensical app. And FYI, I never had an accident in 20+ yrs on highways.

Things I liked: The app was very easy to use. Interface was smooth and seamless. The prices I got were lower than competitor apps. Sign up was smooth. What I didn't like, I was given a hard quote at a certain price that I agreed to. The day my policy was supposed to go into effect, I got text messages stating that the price was going to be adjusted up With no reason why. It was hard to get someone on the phone. If a price is agreed to it needs to be honored. Even if its just a few dollars.
