It used to work fine until a gee days ago, the app doesn't open anymore saying "Network connection failed" even though the network works perfectly fine with another app. It has a very slow response regarding the location when first open the app and even on a one time request it doesn't show where the person is immediately.

Device GT51 4G. The instructions say that in the event of a fall, or a false alarm about a fall, I have 15 seconds to cancel sending a notification to the guardian. However this does not work, the notification is sent. There is a solution? After all, the tracker cannot be used with constant false signals.

The app was great at being up to date on my pets location but the tracker wasn't durable enough for my dogs. I am trying to cancel my subscription but I can't find any where in the app to do it. I emailed the company at the address listed in google play store and I have not recieved a response.
