The process for setting it up is not intuitive at first but after a day of troubleshooting I got the hang of it. Hardware devices take some time to sync with the app software and show accurate readings but once sorted everything works fine. The device SIM must have data for it to work. The one downside which I haven't been able to resolve is that the app doesn't allow you to track multiple devices with a single login so if you have 2 or more devices you have to login for each individual device.

Don't buy the Swisstrack product. It is a cheap chinese made tracker. It doesn't even come in a box. It is not even the same one as in the video. Listening feature doesn't work. You need to scream into the device for it to be able to capture the sound. The accuracy of GPS between 70m to 100m. There is no live tracking. Only location update every 10 minutes. Battery life is one week down to 10%. The sim card they sell doesn't support any of the alarm features. it is a waste of money. The app is

GPS sparodic and can't log back in. So I have had trouble with the tracker for a month or so now, the GPS is sparodic even though I update the real-time, says I'm still in the same spot I left over 3days+. The sim card slot is flimsy came loose inside the case, so it difficult to take the sim back out so now have to take the case apart. I thought I would reset the tracking history to see if that would help the tracking, now I can't get back into the app as it does not recognise my password etc.
