I've been disappointed with this app for a few years now. I'm able to receive promotions on the app, but never able to use them. The locations nearest me do not even participate in the loyalty program or the app. Each year, I think, surely they will update everything. But no. The locations that supposedly DO participate in the program, well that's another story. I try to give them my business but the app won't let me order from those either. Now, I can't even login anymore. WTH??

Points never go up anymore after many purchases. My phone/info is correct on the app. An employee says everything looks correct when my number is put in, yet I never reach the rewards, and they can't resolve the issue. Also, the corporate office won't return my call. I feel they do not value long-time customers. I will be deleting this app and no longer visiting MSC. I also do online surveys with multiple companies and will be sure to let them know of my experiences with this establishment.

Ivy leaf stone
Had this for a GOOD while, was working fine a month ago but now it wont even open, stays on loading screen for idk how long I've left it open for a good bit and still nothing. Are yall ever going to fix this or even update it at least?? To many issues with this app and nothing seems to get done about it. I would like to continue using it as it helps keep track of my points but it seems extremely useless now
