Ratings and reviews

Misleading company and the app is terrible. They promote one thing but you literally have to pay an additional charge not only for the membership, which they say includes x, y, z but oh no to access those things (x, y, z) is an additional charge! Your "membership fee" $129 is for you to fill out a 5 minute survey that is reviewed by a "doctor". You have to even pay to use the app! The medication is alright but zero instruction or guidance. Spelling and grammar mistakes in everything!

App has been glitchy since March update. I don't get the check-ins, notifications, or ability to navigate without error messages and crashes. I have not been able to properly log progress in months and so have to assume the diet plan isn't being updated properly either. Help/support options are not accessible so no way to communicate the issue other than here.

This is strictly in regards to this app. It crashes constantly or I receive errors asking to send a report when trying to read most notifications or try to access any help topics. I find myself in a continuous circle with no resolution to questions through help topics because the app crashes and no one to contact because I'm unable to get to that part of the app. It used to work decently. Not anymore.
