I received my carbon X model, downloaded the app, got logged in, connected to Bluetooth on my Galaxy 25+ android phone no problem, but I cannot go beyond the setup tutorial video. I do not see where I can manually make setting changes via the app. on the belt it does not go beyond two green or two red lights for the intensity. can anyone answer this. am I missing something in the app. love the high quality materials and how comfortable and lightweight it is. can't wait to use it. I downloaded the hypersvale app and all I got was the quick setup version and nothing allowing me to control the hypershell through the app. There is nothing available on the app I downloaded to do that. This is not an inexpensive investment and I hope that someone is monitoring so that this issue is resolved ASAP! You say "Total access to the adventure." Haven't discovered that yet.

not ready for prime time. leg assist drops out repeatedly during normal stride, causing stumbled steps and makes you look like an idiot. support keeps asking for a video after I uploaded the logs as if I am supposed to record myself the entire time I am walking in the hope of catching a random issue which a video isn't even going to help diagnose. excuses excuses excuses.
