I tried to setup this app. It asked for my email address which I entered. It informed me that I need to verify the email address. I opened the email sent and clicked the verify link. It immediately informed me that the activation expired and there is no way to request another verification. If I open the app now it asks for a membership number that I obviously do not have. The app is useless, and it does not even show up on my device to allow me to delete it.

It was working fine at first. But out of know where, in the middle of my trip, it signed me out. I tried to sign in (by pressing the get started button) but it just gave me a blue screen and nothing else. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, cleared it's cache as well, but it still didn't work. This has been going on for a week now. The application kinda defeats the purpose of being an "assistance" app when it does this. Overall, I'm disappointed in this app. This bug should be fixed.👎

More annoying than useful. University requires us to use this thing for study abroad, otherwise I never would. Be prepared to get alerts all day. Sleeping soundly at 3am on the east coast with no travel plans for two months? Whoa! Watch out! There's a traffic jam in Omaha Nebraska! What? You don't want to get notifications every two minutes about places you aren't ever going? No, sorry, no turn off option. Deal with it. 0/999 stars.
