Ratings and reviews

advt loading slows down the app. When trying to pay for a booking by Credit card, the app resets the moment we switch to our email(or SMS) in order to view the received OTP for the transaction!. So it is impossible to use this app if the payment method selected is 'Credit Card'. It might work if the user has enabled notification for the SMS App but it is not a wise workaround to suggest as the users most probably disable notifications for the SMS app for a reason.

Please avoid using this app, waste of time. Instead use phone channeling. This app resetting even didn't let me enter OTP. It took more than an hour to channel a doctor but can not get any reference. I had to call Ceymed to confirm that booking has gone through. DON'T USE THIS APP! WORST APP I EVER USED.

I could not download the channeling receipt. That option is not working for me. It would be better if we can edit our profile details too.
