Permissions

In addition to basic permissions, the KFinKart-Investor app needs access to other functions on your device for it to support the above features -
• External Storage: To download various financial statements to your device memory for you to conveniently view it outside the app.
• Call log: To auto-dial the contact centre number on a single button click, to avail support to address your issues. We cannot read the existing call log
• Phone: This permission is required to uniquely identify the device to make your transactions secure.
• SMS: To auto-verify OTPs through standard android API to automate OTP entry only.

Ratings and reviews

App is working fine and user friendly to me. The main challenge is that it asks to update app twice or thrice a week and it will not allow us to log in without updating the app. From past week, 5 times I have updated the app and today 12Oct, again it's asking to update. I request team to check on this. For week of October 15th, thrice it asked to update and not even allowing to skip the update. And there is not even a response from app team on this. Hevnt expected such a irresponsive team.

Today I updated my app but I failed to login.after validating OTP it always came to validate tab again and failed to login.some times closes app.please resolve it. Edited-1/4/23 13.03p.m. Thanks for quick response.my problem has been resolved after fresh update. Cont'd.. Now app is working perfect. I want to suggest that if you can add a icon in which we could've able to see when sip is started & closed,terminated or paused.

after app update it's triggering otp to old contact details, which I donot have access to that contact details. This is very frustrating and trouble to customers, not sure why you guys change back to old contact details. can you chnage thr contact details to the updated one
