In the new APP, User Interface (UI) of the APP have been changed and improvised to make it more user friendly. Also additional features have been included in the APP in addition to the features available. The following additional features along with existing features are made available:

Existing features:

♦ View your Profile details.
♦ View current Holdings
♦ Request for Transaction Statement on registered Email ID.
♦ Change contact details like Telephone, Mobile no. and Email ID.
♦ Change Password facility
♦ View Last 5 contribution transactions carried out
♦ Contribute in NPS Tier I as well as Tier II account
♦ Change Scheme Preference
♦ One Way Switch request (from Tier II to Tier I)
♦ Tier II withdrawal request
♦ Modify address using Aadhaar
♦ Grievance/Enquiry
♦ Generate Password

Permissions

In addition to basic permissions, the KFinKart-Distributor app needs access to other functions on your device for it to support the above features -
• External Storage: To download the statement to device memory
• Call log: To auto-dial the contact centre number. We do not read the existing call log
• Phone: This permission is required to uniquely identify the device
• SMS: To auto-verify OTPs.

Ratings and reviews

Please fix the issue with number display. The first digit to the right is not getting displayed. There are many prior reviews from other users listing this issue. It has not been fixed. On the surface it is a simple fix, so not sure why it's not been fixed for so long. Update 19 Jan 2021 This has been fixed now. Thank you for the prompt fix.

App has stopped working, not able to login. Tapping on login button not working, not even going to the screen where it asks for password. It was working perfectly fine last month but after new update, not able to login. Steps I tried: Uninstalled and installed again, it worked once and after then login button stopped working. Pls get it fixed. Thanks.

This app does not let you login. Once you trying logging in for the second time, the touching the 'Logon' button does not do anything. I have been facing issue for over a month now and looking at the review I can tell other users are facing the issue as well. Only after installing the app, first time the login works after that it does not work. I am on Samsung Mobile android version 13. It is extremely frustrating that the company has not fixed the issue.
