Have you been all right recently? Do you want to listen to your body while working hard for your life?
"Rang Yat Chi" is a four-week course designed for caregivers of young people on a mobile platform. By learning the skills of getting along with children and understanding emotions, accompany parents and children to grow up healthily together.
"Soil" represents cultivation. What needs to be cultivated is not only the children, but also the physical and mental health of the parents themselves. When parents create a peaceful, stable home environment, it helps their children thrive.
"Yi" represents ease. Through learning mindfulness, learn how to talk to your emotions and body, accept and face all kinds of wind and rain with your children with a peaceful mind.
"Chi" stands for record. This course is also a diary, writing down the bits and pieces of my own learning and getting along with my children. Through recording and reflection, parents can look back at their growth and build self-confidence step by step.
This is a journal to record the place where you cultivate your soul.
Let us feel the details of life with our hearts and wait for a new start every day.
