I have tried to make an important payment but the transaction was denied. I have tried then to increase my daily limit to make the payment but the action was denied because my "device is not verified". Then I've tried to verify the device following the instructions (which includes going to the ATM to scan a code) without success, just frustration, unnecessary steps and errors. Tried to make an appointment with the branch and again, no success, just errors. Seems like this app was never tested.

Why do I have to activate ACTIVATED app so many times? When I open it to authorize online payment, usually I cannot because it asks me to activate it againg first and I have to redo the payment. It's ridiculous.

wasted 1 hour trying to verify device with atm qr scan. update: Turning on bluetooth somehow solved the issue with the camera...
