Access up-to-date schedules from a mobile device
View the default shift schedule view immediately upon login
Navigate between default and custom group and multi-department shift schedule views by selecting a specific day or month
Call, text, or email physicians directly from the schedule
Execute shift swaps and submit requests
Easily make changes to the schedule: add notes to shifts, modify shift details by changing the start or end times, and replace a provider and assignment (if individual user access permissions allow)

Ratings and reviews

App freezes alot for android. Desktop always open to the date it was purchased not the current date so you can easily think you are looking at the current month when in fact it's last year. You can't schedule more than 2 months ahead which makes it almost useless since alot of us like to schedule vacations 6 months in advance. It makes more sense to allow people to schedule the entire calendar year and if they don't pay or renew delete the months they haven't paid for.

App is easy to use and very helpful in allowing me to quickly see my schedule as well as that of the rest of the team. It appears making schedule requests has also been improved for making schedule requests. Only complaint is that when the app is opened it defaults to showing the schedule on the 1st day of the month rather than that days date which can cause confusion if you are not paying close attention.

Wish I didn't have to enter username and password every time. Enable biometric access? Use of a short PIN? Seriously my financial accounts apps that could mess with my life's savings are easier to get into (for me, their intended user) than this app. Wellness survey is a waste of space for end user given it's prominence. App somewhat unintuitive.
