Ratings and reviews

Poor update process, pushing garbage. "features" keep getting added with no way to disable. I don't want social media. This was supposed to be for professional networking. Now I can't see my pages without being bombarded with disguised ads and games that don't belong on a professional platform. They need to get games off of it completely or at least have an easy way to turn them off.

I hadn't used my account in over 3 years and previous phone that it recognized for my account is no longer available. When I tried to sign on I couldn't remember my password and while trying to reset it kept saying open app on your device and click yes. Yes was never an option on my phone. Now customer service is completely useless. They keep wanting photos of my ID , passport etc.. since doing the notarized form apparently couldn't be read. Account is restricted and case was closed as such.

After my phone decided to die on me, I had to get a new phone. I updated the app but the notifications on the two step verification were still seeing my previous device as "active". I contacted customer service to fix the issue so I can sign in under my profile and even explained to them from two separate emails both primary and secondary tied to my business and got absolutely no where. If I could contact their technical support on the issue and actually have it resolved. That would be great!
