have yet to actually use it yet this time... acoupla years back, i signed on but used a different email n telephone #, which i cannot recall... wish somewhere, someone would write an all inclusive data base program that finds all the data entered on the internet, and put it all onto a single accessable to my eyes only page or file with unhackable security measures! Honestly the best contact and support team out there. The first time I actually had to contact support, I was completely surprised. I mean they bring back the true meaning of good customer service. For once a support team that actually wants resolve any issues their customers might be experiencing. Certain limitations can be quite frustrating at the beginning. However security measures are in place for a reason. The longer you've been with them, the less restrictions you have. Just remain in good standing with PayPal, and they'll always have your back.
What is the point of having a preferred payment method if PayPal is just going to Bill whatever funding source they feel like billing? And the broken English combined with the excessive background noise and inability/ refusal of customer service agents to listen is enough to break the patience of a saint!
I wanted to activate logging into app via fingerprint, which didn't work. So, I have contacted the support. First, the support tried to dismiss me with some ridiculous answer like "it is your software that software is wrong". only after distinctly repeating my question, I have received the official statement: "Logging into your PayPal account via fingerprint is only available for Samsung devices with android system and for iOS-based devices."
I gave it 1 star solely for the reason that it took 1000 clicks to enter my birth date. This company and app like USA is living in primitive age. The registration process sucks. If you are from India use Paytm, much more user friendly and made for India
Not happy at all. I was selling something buyer paid. I had to issue refund. I was away from home so no laptop and there was no way of issuing a refund. Buyer got grumpy. Even though going to be doing a refund you keep the transaction fee. Messaged your help line no response. Your app is rubbish!
