Clicking on "move chat to mobile" when I'm talking with somebody from customer support on a website that uses Live chat, brings me to a broken Google Play Store page. This app here doesn't allow me, a customer, to have any sort of functionality. I'm tired of having to stay on a webpage or risk having the chat cancel itself. Where is the app for customers????

Such a badly made chat app! I wish SquareSpace had other options because I would happily use a different one and for $20 per month that you have to pay for this for the entry level option I'd consider swapping back to Shopify because it's a bit of a joke.

I still use the old version. I like it way better. I don't want this lite. Give us the option of having both because I choose to not switch no matter how big the program size may be. I'm just fine and stable with it. No issues with the old version as all not sure who complained and decided to come up with this but please, DO NOT DISCONTINUE THE OLD VERSION. You will force me and I'm sure other users to switch to a new provider. "If it's not broken....don't fix it" - somebody wise

Hello Adrian, I would really like to deeply understand the reason why the new app is so much a no-go for you. We already implemented there most of the features from the OLD app (and more), you have much better control over notifications, and the new app is much more stable and faster than the old one. What's new

We’ve changed how you navigate the app to make room for exciting new features coming soon.
Archives are now in Inbox (previously Chats), so they’re no longer in the main navigation bar.
Why the change?
This update sets the stage for new sections and improvements designed to make the app more intuitive and helpful in your daily work. It’s a small shift now, but an important step toward a better, more connected experience.
