Well designed and maintaained app, ive never had any issues while using it, it actually surprises me how quickly additional funds are visible on the app once earnt. I love the concept for both customers and business owners. The only feature id like to see if a map view showing all the places using the service.

All I want to know is what the balance is on this gift card, right here from my home, without having to get in my car and physically go to the business. Why do I need to download your app? Which, by the way, is useful to businesses and not consumers! I tried choosing "Help and Feedback" and there is no option for "What is my balance?" And, in order to ASK a question, I'm required to provide my email address "in the event we're disconnected?!?" Are you kidding me?

Limit of auto topup is locked at 5 euro. No options to change it. Lunch costs more than 5 euro. Payment declined for kid every second day. I'm literally hate this app. Update: still no way to set auto top-up threshold other than 5 euro. Looks like this app is not maintained.

Hi Sergey, the top-up trigger is locked at €5, when your balance falls below this it will top up your account by the selected amount. You can select any amount up to €1000. Further instructions are here: https://support.loylap.com/topping-up-enabling-auto-top-up
