The app works great and this is my favorite coffee shop, but don't let it lie to you. 10 points doesn't get you a drink free, it just gives you a discount. (Yes, a barista at two of these places has told me that.)

App is ok. I would really like to be able to add it to my PC though, since this is where I spend most of my time and not on my cell! Very surprised you didn't have it available for both from the very beginning. I am not as tech savvy as a lot of people. Please put it on your website to add.

The app is simple and straightforward. Also, unlike the first time I tried to use it (when Florence first switched to the permanant, plastic "punch cards), it actually works!!
