FloCo is great, but the app is not. Cant link a card, regardless of what card I try "We can't connect this card with your account" or "card or cvv number wrong". Won't scan cards either. Since the app only allows you to link a card for payment, purchase a gift card, or find a location, there's no reason to have or use the app if I can't connect a payment card. Disappointing since there's a promotion that requires using the app, but I can't.

Hi there! I'm sorry you were experiencing issues. It sounds like you were trying to link a loyalty or gift card to your account through the Account menu (top right). To link a payment card you need to click on the "Add money" button in the middle of the home page and then you can click "Add credit or debit card"

The barista told me I should get a "teenager" to set up the app. Apparently she was right as I have not been able to activate the app. I won't accept my username (email) /password. (yes I read the 8 or more figures at least one letter and number. I never had a problem with the other coffee app that starts wit S.
