App is ok. I would really like to be able to add it to my PC though, since this is where I spend most of my time and not on my cell! Very surprised you didn't have it available for both from the very beginning. I am not as tech savvy as a lot of people. Please put it on your website to add.

Thank you for taking the time and sharing your feedback. We are working on adding a login button for the Florence Coffee Co website. In the meantime, please login to your account at www.loylap.com/login, select Florence Coffee Co and select "Top up" tab. You should now be able to top up your account on desktop.

The app is simple and straightforward. Also, unlike the first time I tried to use it (when Florence first switched to the permanant, plastic "punch cards), it actually works!!
