Have had this app for a few years and it's always worked perfectly. In the last month I've been unable to log in or order, and it keeps coming up with the error 'server timed out'. I've reinstalled a couple of times and restarted phone etc, but still no good. Downloaded on my husband's iPhone and used my profile and all good. Possibly an Android issue at the moment??

I have been using this app for many years now and it has been consistently getting slower and harder to use. I have had multiple times in the mornings when trying to order from canteen that I have been unable to do so resulting in not being able to get the kids lunch. This rating also includes the lack of functionality within the app. There is no product development occurring with this product at all.

Went out of my way to review this hunk of junk app. Constantly freezing, buggy as hell, online interface overlaps so you can't click properly. Credit cards won't update properly. Have to click multiple times and run through payments (triple checked I had funds on card) Embarrassment in the modern age for this to be acceptable. And this is how I order my kids lunch at school so I don't have a choice.
