App won't work at all since I recieved a new card. Deleted my old one and then when I try to add the new card, it keeps asking me to make an account by adding a pin. It then takes me to the screen where I add the card number, it then comes up with an error message and it won't go any further. This has been a problem for two weeks. I have emailed Mastercard but not had a response.

As most of the customers have the same issue , I will reporting as well my bad experience , when my app show me I have 15000 point worth of 150£ and and in 3 days disappeared without to be used or radem. 7 calls on customer number not resolved, chat over the bank app, not resolved and the balance shows now 242 without using the above points. this is modern robbery . try to avoid this type of reword card and the lies as well

After the latest update, it crashes completely after loading my balance, almost like a tease. I have cleared the app data, uninstalled, re-installed, and even tried it on a different phone, using a different version of android, but to no avail. Please fix this, as it removes the only benefit to having a rewards mastercard, and as it currently stands, there is no point in keeping it, when there are better deals and options available
