This was a very fun game, but my progress was lost even though it should have been connected to my Facebook account, and I was all the way up passed the butlers room. Then I restarted and got past my original progress while logged into Facebook to keep my info safe. Only to lost it all AGAIN. I tried to contact support but found I couldn't. I can't keep losing all the progress, there is a bug and it needs to be fixed. The only thing that was saved was my friends. EDIT. HORRIBLE. Hate it.

Updated from 5 stars to 1 star. I love this game been playing for almost 5 years and just did the recent update for the game. In the middle of updating, it just un-installed..WTH?!?! I was on level 1129 with 106 lives and on a top team. And now when I open the game my continued progress is level 1?! I'm so devastated and pissed off. I've never had issues before this. What happened to all my data?!

I have been playing this game since it first came out 7 years ago. I wait eagerly for new content to get released. It is a lot of fun. I wish that you could get another chance at completing old events if you didn't complete them. It is frustrating that if you get a reward or daily login bonus of endless lives for a time and can't spend that time playing because you were only logging in for a mi use, you can't use it later. I wish you could choose when to use those bonuses.
