• Second Wind does not provide a single-information guide. We analyze the user's condition in multiple ways, including disease history (underlying disease), gender, age, and physical information, and provide customized services suitable for chronic diseases, obesity, etc.

■ What functions does Second Wind have?
• Blood sugar management: You can create and manage a blood sugar diary directly or through a Bluetooth blood sugar meter.
• Blood pressure management: You can create and manage a blood pressure diary directly or through a Bluetooth blood pressure monitor.
• Exercise management: You can follow a customized exercise guide and do videos or free exercise.
• Meal management: Write a meal diary easily and quickly! We evaluate you through meal patterns and nutrient analysis.
• Health Counseling Center: Get your questions answered through 1:1 consultations with exercise and nutrition experts.
• Sedak Journal: Contains all the useful information and guides on diseases and health care that I need.  
• Weight management: You can record your weight directly or through a Bluetooth scale.
• Medication management: Register your medications and keep a record of your intake so you don’t forget the medication time.
• Activity management (+ Dofit Pro band): Check your steps, calories burned, heart rate and achieve your goals.
• Sleep management (+ Dofit Pro band): Measure your sleep. We analyze light sleep, deep sleep, and sleep efficiency.
• Stress management (+ Dofit Pro band): Measure your stress. We analyze and evaluate your stress throughout the day.
