App stopped working completely & only crashes & closes immediately upon trying to open it. Despite getting several emails for assignment opportunities. I wrote support multiple times & never heard a word back from anyone. This is just not right. App last updated in 2/23. Is it even still in opperation? Is anyone else having a problem with this app?

App crashing and doesn't work. Could you fix your app. It keeps crashing and then completely stops opening. I uninstalled it while back and figured I would try it again, yet again, it kept crashing at opening the initial icon. I have sent numerous emails for months and no response or acknowledgment of my emails.

Honestly the best survey program I've ever been part of. Granted, I rarely get selected to participate, but the qualifying questionnaires are shorter than other survey sites', so I don't feel like I've wasted time if I don't get selected. And when I DO get selected, it usually pays $50 for less than half an hour of my time. Recording video responses to questions is super easy, and even if I only get selected a couple times a year, it's far better than doing 60-minute text-based surveys for $2.
