I've done 2 studies for them and the 1st time I had contacted them to get paid never did hear back from them just got paid although late. The 2nd time which was just last week I've still not been paid for and have yet to hear back from them.. Despite having emailed emailed. And I will leave this at a one star review, Until I'm Not only paid but also a reasonable explanation is to why I haven't been on time from them twice not once twice.

After I answered the 10 questions an it downloaded my video recorded answer of each question, the app went blank. Wouldn't let me do anything. After I got out of the app an back into it , the questions an my upload status was gone. I was recommended by RESPONDENT to do the health study on hepB vaccine. Since the app mested up did it los my data(answers) , will I be paid like the invitation email said?

This app is super slow! I keep getting approved for those 10-question surveys, but it should be quick – like 15 minutes – and it ends up taking an hour or more because the app is so slow.
