Ratings and reviews

Horrible customer experience. There is no confirmation of order provided via Mail or on Mobile number. I Ordered on 1st April and expected delivery date was around 4th April. The order is still not received . I cannot track the order as it shows invalid . Cannot connect with the customer support. No revert on mail. This is completely unprofessional/pathetic user experience. Feeling like this might be some SCAM. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP.

It's a fake app ,I have ordered the product, and instead of cancelling I have clicked the return product, but I didn't get any product But they said they will come to us for pickup the product for return and not giving money back, don't trust this they are not responding to calls and msg and mails , it's a fake app

I rate Mirraw 3 because it has quality products that fit my budget; but the customer service & return policy is horrendous. I find that once you know your size & material on clothes, it's worth shopping here. I get most of my clothes here.
