Awful app, never works. Used for ordering ahead but the time slots are always "not available" after you complete your order. it does not just let you choose a new time slot but requires you to choose a new time AND enter your entire order again. it wastes so much time. Our company isn't even listed on the options must use the qr code if you rei stall which you must do often. crashes often and just buffers 90% of my orders. This app is a joke.

this app is terrible! I don't know who convinced our company to drop eatify and use savour instead, but it always crashes, if it doesn't crash, it literally just will not take your order, and it never actually saves the information you input, always forcing you to re-input your information. it definitely has to be the cheaper option out of the two, because this runs like the temu version of amazon, absolutely deserves its 1/5 star rating. fix your app.

A barely-functional app. It's slow and tends to crash, doesn't remember card information, and frequently has login issues. On top of that, ordering is cumbersome and frequently just... Fails. Orders show as submitted, but don't seem to go through. My job switched to it recently and we've had nothing but trouble with it since the first day.
