Scope worked great for the few times over the last few years we've used it. Now all of a sudden it's stuck on sanitize mode. The blue light is all that illuminates. The app does not have any buttons or instructions on how to turn off this mode. It doesn't have a search function, or a digital manual. It's literally no help to change settings.

The instructions arent very clear at all but the app does work. Click on the settings icon on the bottom left to change your language, first of all. Then you literally need to connect to a set wifi that the app provides. I'm pretty sure it's their equivalent of a bluetooth connection. Once you're on the wifi, open the app and you're good to go. Using the live video works best.

So disappointed. I got it connected and enthusiastically stuck it in my ear, and the picture is completely out of focus. No amount of moving it would get a focused picture. The app was no help, there was no auto focus or anything I could see, it just wouldn't give me anything but a slightly pink blur.
