Ratings and reviews

A pretty stable app but the search engine is not accurate whatsoever. For example, search "Faux' and 15% will be faux animal material and 85% will be lamb, calf, buffalo horn, etc. I looked into the items to maybe find the keyword in the description but nothing like that came up with any of the items. So, keyword search in specific is not really reliable. Otherwise, easy to navigate and sleek. Thank you.

Can't rate products poor customer service. I was sold a poor quality product, no help with repair and I couldn't leave feedback to help other consumers. Additional mislabelling of products as sustainable with a short life cycle.
