Ratings and reviews

I purchased a PVR Passport and it’s been a nightmare trying to use it. Despite spending hours trying to book tickets, the system was unresponsive, and now my Passport isn’t even showing up. To top it off, the seats I wanted are filled. This has been the worst experience ever. The app’s performance is extremely disappointing, and I’m requesting a refund. Avoid this app unless you want to waste your money and time.

The PVR app is a frustrating experience. It doesn’t open properly, booking tickets is sometime impossible, and it crashes frequently. Overall, a very bad app. Very bad experience. Please, resolve the technical issue of the app and website. Note: Still no improvement have been made so far. The app still loading and slow. Cannot be able to book any tickets. Also, no customer support. Worst app.

Don't buy their passport. It's a scam. When try to purchase tickets after purchasing the passport, The offer is not getting applied. Tried multiple times from the app. Not working at all. Called their customer care for the same, no avail. They are just putting the blame on their IT department and asking me to send a mail regarding the same. But what's the use of this passport if we can't use it whenever we plan to use it.
