Ratings and reviews

Hobson's choice! First 5 minutes..poor interface - lacks obvious choices and options for data entry. Constant repeat error messages setting up .. phone use only no laptop already waiting for email responses from help desk .. That's just tryng to get in .. This bit is broken How well does the whole app work ? No idea can't get what n it's broken. Not holding out much hope based on start up and accessibility :( Reliability level low

Solid idea. Hope you keep building on it as there are numerous stuff to be improved. For example, my area has very few types of issues available to report compared to other areas which have double or triple the issue types. Don't know how easy it is to improve this but it could bring on and retain lots and lots of users.

Excellent idea but: No option to report issues about the app. No option to transfer the app to the SD card. No option to edit or delete a Pending report. The photos to upload are limited to 1. No web platform, at least the reports map should be available at the web. Authorities are not obliged to fill-in a note before to label a report. I reported a critical traffic sign in Athens as missing, the report labeled as Solved, but they did nothing about the sign or the traffic around this spot.
