I do not recommend this app. I joined months ago and had issues with it on my phone so I also signed up on the website (now, no longer an option). I learned that this was not for me and what I did on the app and website didn't sync. I unsubscribed via the app, but I am still charged monthly. Customer service says to cancel on the app, with no other help. If you find benefit, good for you, but Insight Timer is more helpful & cheaper

I have reached a deep state of relaxation and learned new techniques for accessing my own power. It is a positive and uplifting experience. I was recently diagnosed with SIBO. The section on diet is particularly helpful with coaching me to think differently about food and nutrition, movement and activity. I am not a smoker, but I will be listening to the section on smoking cessation. I believe there will be many transferable learning opportunities in that section. Overall an excellent app. *****

I have felt better snd slept better since getting this app. The number of session recordings, and their variety, is amazing. Using both the weight loss and better sleep sections.
