Very disappointed with this app. It's a good idea but the tracking and syncing leaves a lot to be desired. It's recently stopped working completely. I can't add a tracker - you just click on 'got it' and nothing happens... Have tried all the usual, uninstalling, logging out and in again, but to no avail.

App stopped working 2 days ago (v5.1.0). I tried disconnecting & reconnecting my tracker (Google Fit), but it didn’t work. Tried other trackers (Strava, Garmin), but none worked. When I click on the tracker, a pop-up opens entitled “When connecting a tracker…” , with 2 options. When I click on “Got it”, nothing happens. Tried reinstalling the app, no dice. Tried another phone (also Android), no success. Tried creating a new account; again, no success. Did the update on 7 May break something?

Ate my 18k points for the hoodie I worked the whole year for. Apparently showing the qr code only once is a vital, flawless security feature. With a perfectly good internet connection, the code wouldn't load when I redeemed it. Got told by support they can't do anything about it, and got an in-app notification saying they're aware of the issue but nothing was done to fix the problem.
