Very disappointed with this app. It's a good idea but the tracking and syncing leaves a lot to be desired. It's recently stopped working completely. I can't add a tracker - you just click on 'got it' and nothing happens... Have tried all the usual, uninstalling, logging out and in again, but to no avail.

App stopped working 2 days ago (v5.1.0). I tried disconnecting & reconnecting my tracker (Google Fit), but it didn’t work. Tried other trackers (Strava, Garmin), but none worked. When I click on the tracker, a pop-up opens entitled “When connecting a tracker…” , with 2 options. When I click on “Got it”, nothing happens. Tried reinstalling the app, no dice. Tried another phone (also Android), no success. Tried creating a new account; again, no success. Did the update on 7 May break something?

Doesn't measure treadmill or indoor trainer miles. You need a shed load of points (20 miles of running) just for 50% off a coffee which you can only claim twice a week!!! So called "Rewards" are either simply not worth the effort, out of stock or totally non-existant. Thousands of unusable points. If its aim is to encourage people to be more active, it's failing miserably with me. No wonder it's currently rated at less than 2⭐ out of 5. Suggest a swap to Better Points if available in your area.

Hi there, To count a treadmill run, you need to use a wearable device or have your phone on you as we track in distance. If you provide proof of activities to support@openplay.co.uk, we'll compensate you for missed points.
