Frustrating, at best. The app screens for Android look nothing like what Fidium support on their website looks like, for starters. The app reflects devices that are "connected" (security cameras, Roomba), but the devices are not usable because they are not truly connected to the Wi-Fi network. Unable to get any viable support.

App works great for me. My only issue is the device pictures. It would be great if it would let us pick what we want out of a list instead trying to guess based on what we name it. I have a few Echo devices and for some I get the Echo picture and for others I get a PC board. I know it's a little thing but visually it's annoying

This app is complete garbage. I logged into the app (or tried to) and it went straight to a wifi set up screen. Mind you that I've been a customer for over a year. All I wanted to do was test my speed (since the are supposed to be providing 1G service). Ookla speed test was giving me in the 200Mb download speed results so I wanted to test it on Attune, but couldn't get past the set up. Very annoying.
