Garbage. Annoying to have to spend time to get my printer, connected via Ethernet to be found on the network. Forced to use this useless app versus the existing router gui from any browser conventionally utilized by all other routers I have used. As many others have stated, numerous feathers have been lost. This should be an opt-in feature, not a force to use and then be useless to address an issue.

Won't log in- giving me "Error 422" I used to be able to change everything through a web interface not too long ago and now said interface has been gutted and abandoned and barely works, and it lacks critical features that this app supposedly has. I'm tired of everything being "modernized" meaning it's now on an app, branded, and made more terribly at a higher cost. Gci, you suck.

This app is absolutely terrible and completely unnecessary. It's absolutely despicable that GCI is forcing their customers to use it, it should definitely be opt-in. No longer able to update our routers firmware the traditional way and we're losing access to too many features to even list here. I'm extremely ticked off and will readily be searching for a new Internet provider. Honestly I can't wait to switch, this is the final straw!
