QNB Pay Wallet is the latest and most innovative product of QNB. The app offers its customers as well as non-QNB customers a convenient payment tool. Residents and citizens can benefit from it by downloading and registering the wallet using their QID and mobile number while visitors can register using their passport and mobile number. The product offers a variety of functions including transfers between two individuals, payments using Quick Response (QR) codes and payments to merchants. After 8 months of trying to register, I was finally able to register. My excitement was short-lived, however, as the app started crashing yesterday, and I can no longer perform any actions. The experience within the app (during the 2 weeks it used to work) was highly inconvenient, with an OTP required for each step during any process. Sadly, while the idea is highly promising, it never got close to its potential, as it is riddled with bugs.

This app has many bugs also they don't support fingerprint login. We need to verify otp again and again..

App is very frustrating to use, can't get past registration, card optical verification is very finicky, and when it works always fail at the take selfie part, no clear instructions are given, I do not know what to take a selfie of? Only my face? Holding my card? Why is there no alternative verification? Call center was not helpful as their only assistance was: remove the app and install again, with no option to process verification from the backend... the app is useless in current state
