Everything was going fine. I started to clear my outstanding even before generation of my e-statement, being impressed by the smooth service of RBL Credit card. However, as wise men say "All that glitters is not gold." OR "When something runs too smooth, we should be extremely cautious of it's genuineness & rather prepare for the worst" Since last 1 week, even after upgrading my mobile system (OnePlus 9) as well as updating this RBL app...all the services are unavailable ! Totally ridiculous !!!

Worst app ever I have been on. Please correct it or you guys will loose your new set of customer's there are many platforms who are giving better facilities than you . Your app all the time disconnect on by own we didn't logout also still it's showing as logged out. Then your application allow to sent SMS and confirm in the first step but in 2nd step it ask you if you have sufficient balance or not...if not you can't proceed. You guys don't give any alternate. Very depressed with services

I get the error asking to unusual 'RVNCViewer' before continuing into the RBL MyCard. This is an application used by people to login into their remote computers and hence very common among IT professionals. RVNCViewer does not allow anyone to take remote control of the mobile itself and is only a viewer as in the name. It's pretty dumb of your security experts to block this app. Above all, give a warning if necessary, take consent and allow usage. You have no right to block altogether
