This is a bad app across all fronts. 1) I cannot see my rent charges anymore after paying rent. No records, just a flat number of what I paid. Strictly worse than before. 2) Rampant advertising. 5 clickthroughs to be able to pay rent. Begging for a lawsuit. 3) it's not an app. It's a browser skin. Better to open your browser instead. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Title: Invasive Permissions and Unwanted Advertising. The permissions required by this service are overly invasive. To pay rent, you’re forced to use a third-party site, Bilt, which requires you to agree to let them pull credit reports and consumer data under your name—just to process payments. On top of that, they constantly push notifications about things like pet insurance and credit card offers. It feels intrusive and adds to the spam I already deal with, and now even my apartment is adding

This site has been nothing but an issue. The app is blocked and will not allow to make rent payment unless it is paid in full, which makes it hard when you are dividing payment between roommates. It also charges 12. per month to pay on this app. Nevada Sage at the Green rentals require a cashier check, or they refuse payment at the property. This makes it difficult for folks that have no bank account or vehicle to get to a bank branch. Both of these issues cause late fees and Inconvenience.
