Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. Ratings and reviews

I love the concept, but it is just not fully developed right now. The AI chat often returns code instead of the response. The chats also seem to last only a minute or so before it starts prompting you to say "bye" a bunch of different ways. I wish it let you try a few lessons before making you pay, because the first lesson had problems (the final question asked how to say good luck, but the "correct answer" it suggested was "uno"). Overall, I wanted to like it, but I wouldn't pay for it.

UI is nice & polished but function is like an unfinished student project. Speech recognition is poor. If it catches right, AI breaks it down as if you said a different sentence! Utterly unhelpful. AI's programmed to gaslight. Only 1 mode of learning feels limiting. The expandable breakdown of the AI partner statements are great. But no similar breakdown of user statements is an oversight. Also the AI partner refuses to recognize that I'm a male or them as female as it's set in parameters.

Avoid like the plague. They didn't allow a login though Google, so I had to use an email login. I went to turn off auto-renew, and it's nowhere to be found. In the 'welcome' email there was a link to a customer hub, which promised the ability to access my account and make changes, but all it did was take me to a receipt for my payment. I resorted to using 'help' and requested a cancellation. I received an email that did not confirm a cancellation, but instead made more offers. Unprofessional.
