Ratings and reviews

This is the worst application app for trying to find in an apartment. The absolute worst you make it impossible to even fill out the app. Crashes, whenever it's been on for more than half a minute and there is no way anybody can fill out anything on there. And expect to actually get in an apartment. Get rid of your stupid apps and answer the damn phone and actually talk to people for a change

I tried this app during the free trial and I was happy with the features it had. Once the free trial ended and I chose to shift to the lowest tier the app became pretty much a waste. It was extremely restrictive, there was a fee at every step. The transition from full access to lower tiers is not good. I felt nickle and dimed. Could never get anyone on the phone. Had to submit tickets for the simplest questions. This app is made for lots of properties, nor for one or two. Stay away.

I cannot even get the app off the loading screen. I'm trying to fill out an application for an apartment, I followed the link the agent emailed me, downloaded the app, opened it, and it's still loading?! I've uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times now. Why? I do have a stable internet connection. I linked my PayPal as the app instructed, and it WILL NOT LOAD. On Tenant cloud pro it prompted me to add a payment: either PayPal or credit/debit card. I linked PayPal and the app will not load.
