To be able to use SBK's free 10,000 steps app perfectly, simply connect it to your fitness tracker or your fitness app. Your daily steps and also your activities such as jogging or cycling can then be recorded by SBK's 10,000 steps app. Every step counts for your health and your points account: just jogging earns you a few points. Even without a pedometer, you can select your daily activities from over 70 different types of sports and exercise, add them manually and secure points. You even get points for your gardening and can easily integrate the SBK 10,000 steps app into your everyday life.
