The April update killed this app. It worked great until updating, always showed benefits correctly and up to date appointments. Then in April when it asked for an update it went to junk! No benefits will show, no appointments, you can however scan but it gives a tutorial on how to scan EVERY time you open the scan tool. I guess we are too dumb to use the scan tool without repeated lessons! Get rid of these glitches so it works again!

Even when I could get into the app it was quirky- it wouldn't let me view my benefits unless I went back and forth through the menu. Now I'm not even able to get into the app. It tells me I need a new version, so I uninstalled and reinstalled and still doesn't work.
