The new app is awful it is difficult to navigate, it doesn't update on its own , the information is out of date . I can't make transfers like I used to. It is horrible. So this app is actually wonderful my original app has somehow replaced itself with the calcoast money manager app which is hideously awful! This one is great highly recommend. Easy to access everything!

Basic features are missing. I can't find a way to get my account numbers for direct deposit through app, and I can't seem to access statements through the app. Setting up external transfers in and out is clunky and only works into the Cal Coast. Can't transfer money to other accounts with Cal Coast, you have to link up Cal Coast using the outside account and use the outside account to initiate the transfer. Also no option in app to skip a transfer. These are features at other institutions.

Features are dated and is in need of a tune up/upgrade. Transaction memos don't allow the simplest special characters, no way to send messages to CU in app, acct nicknames don't display so it's hard to distinguish multiple accts you may have of the same type, can't schedule recurring transfers, can't view draft images or statements, the list goes on. I end up having to use online banking for what I need vs using this mediocre app. 2 stars only because I can see my bal and transactions.
