I have 8 cameras. Love this service, but after recent app changes everything has failed. I no longer get photos or videos sent to me, the app won't show me new or old photos or videos, and now the app says I'll need a NEW PHONE after the next update. It was great, now I'm furious i invested in this brand. If it did work, it can work again. Quit screwing with the app, please. Update: I connected the online chat twice and was rudely dismissed twice. They didn't listen or care about my issues.

I totally agree with many other ratings; app no longer receives pictures even with a strong cell signal. My cameras are set to send a test picture at check-in but never receive anything. Sometimes, pictures show up without notification, hours or a day later. Used to take 30 seconds when I would walk in front of a camera till I got the pictures on the app. Don't know what bugs and fixes were supposed to be taken care of in the last update? Seems to have created more than fixed.

Poor System Altogether. App and camera don't talk. Can't set your own schedule. It defaults to Standard. When I got it you could choose Manual and set a schedule but it ignored it and uses Standard anyway. Now you can only choose Standard. This is on the app AND on the website. Uses up all of your pictures. I WILL NOT PURCHASE A PLAN UNTIL THIS IS RESOLVED. And , NO, I don't want to spend time on the phone doing all of the simple things I've already tried to fix it. OFF,ON,FORMAT SD, ETC.
