Ratings and reviews

This is a pretty interesting game. I'm just going to give it 5 stars, because tbh it takes a lot for me to want to play any phone game every day, but this one has kept me coming back. The base building and maintenance feels like Clash of Clans, while the story and world feel LOTR-like. Then the card dueling feels like Magic the Gathering, though less complex. And in this case, less complex is better! It's just complex enough to feel like I need to use some strategy, while not overwhelming.

This game is better than several I've tried, but just to be clear, while this game has "cards", it is not a card battle or deck building game. The cards are your monsters and you're just collecting them and powering them up to try to take on stronger enemies. It's a great collection game, and the art is quite good, but there is very very little strategy.

Game starts off okay, but then you start running into the serious issue of progress delay. Quests take HOURS to complete, which makes you extremely limited in what you can do. Leveling cards takes ages, getting resources takes ages, you get functions of buildings locked behind level two as soon as they're built, gems take forever to obtain if you don't buy them and things that cost gems are expensive as heck. You also only get one "builder" to start and the upgrade to get more is 1.5k Gems.

-Demonic images added to buildings: Slot Carver, Arena. Animations added to buildings.
2. Added new visual animation when getting a duplicate in game.
3. Added visual animations to the following cards: Sower of Fear, Scorching quackery, People's militia, Mr Patch.
4. Fixed a bug with the display of rewards in the 'Profile Embellishment' campaign.
