UPDATE071123: After the first 7 days, the sensor signal keeps dropping out, especially during training sessions when I need to see the live data most! Really annoying. When it reconnects it doesn't fill the gap. Useless really. I thought this was designed for athletes. I wish the app would show the actual value of blood glucose over 200 mg/dl rather then just toping out. The app also regularly crashes while inputting macros values in a food event. Hope this helps. Many thanks.

The Abbott Libresense biosensor bought from Supersapiens itself cannot be paired with this Android app. It shows "Error 367: Biosensor Not Compatible" error no matter how many times I try. Support replies that I should only use compatible biosensors :)) missing the repeated fact that I have bought the biosensor from Supersapiens itself. Having been disappointed with my choice, I tried to pair the biosensor with the iOS app on a spare device. It worked instantly and started warming up.

The app itself is not a good user experience at all. Constantly getting errors for my sensor not scanning and to try again. Never works after many trys. Inputting rushes as other you can't then straight away go add a tag. You have to scroll back to each one then add a tag, after you've marked it as other. Customer service has also been very slow to respond to any of my queries. Great concept but right now I don't think it's ready for mass market.
